Danielle Hutto is a Paralegal at Patel Burkhalter Law Group in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, Danielle is responsible for assisting and supporting attorneys with client projects and providing administrative support.
Danielle joined Patel Burkhalter Law Group in June 2017 with over 12 years of legal experience. She has extensive experience with federal and state court litigation, particularly in the areas of employment law – including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour and leaves of absence. Danielle has worked on numerous class and collective actions as well as contracts, restrictive covenant claims, state law torts and various types of civil rights litigation.
Danielle is a native of South Carolina and graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management. She moved to the Atlanta area upon graduation and currently resides in Smyrna, GA with her husband, Brad, and three young daughters. When she’s not working or driving her children back and forth between dance and school functions, Danielle enjoys cooking, yoga, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on her Clemson Tigers in Death Valley.
