Molly Prodgers King joined Patel Burkhalter Law Group in 2019 and practices in the firm’s litigation section.
Molly received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2005 and practiced for many years with Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, in Atlanta. While there, she gained experience representing clients in business and litigation matters ranging from business disputes, breach of contract, construction litigation, medical device and general product liability, complex insurance bad faith, civil RICO, premises liability, insurance coverage, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.
While in law school, Molly was the Associate Conference Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and completed course work at the Institute of European Studies at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Brussels, Belgium. Molly completed internships with Chief Judge J.D. Smith of the Georgia Court of Appeals and Judge N. Kent Lawrence of the State Court of Clarke County. Molly also worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office under the Third Year Practice Act.
Molly received her A.B.J., magna cum laude, in Journalism, from the Henry W. Grady College of Journalism at the University of Georgia in 2001. Molly is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Cobb Bar Association.
