Rob Turner (Of Counsel) is a commercial real estate and corporate/technology attorney. Rob serves many of his clients as their “general counsel” and legal quarterback helping them to solve their business’s legal needs. His extensive commercial real estate experience ranges from purchase and sale agreements, acquisition due diligence (title and survey), acquisition finance, to negotiating numerous cell tower and data center-related agreements. Rob has advised both borrowers and lenders with negotiating and documenting a range of real estate secured loans. Additionally, Rob’s corporate and commercial experience includes advising on a broad scope of commercial contracts (sales and procurement), licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and related financing.
Rob has previously worked with several larger law firms in Atlanta and has served an in-house commercial attorney with an Atlanta-based NASDAQ listed IT network services provider. Prior to re-locating to Atlanta, Rob practiced law in Seattle and Nashville in 1998 through 2000 with two boutique business services and commercial real estate firms.
Rob proudly gives back to his community as a director on the boards of MillionMile Greenway – an entrepreneurial nonprofit that mentors communities to build and connect trails for healthy lifestyle choices, and the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities. Rob is also a founder of the Briarwood Park Conservancy, a neighborhood group dedicated to revitalizing Briarwood Park in Brookhaven, DeKalb County, Georgia.
When not spending time with his family or volunteering, you’re likely to find Rob trail running in the woods in and around metro Atlanta.
