Susan Craighead earned her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of South Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of law where she earned both her J.D. and LL.M. in International Law.
Susan has fifteen years of experience in all phases of corporate and business law, representing privately owned companies, individual owners and management level personnel. She represents both domestic and foreign-owned inbound companies in all stages of their lifecycle.
Susan’s experience includes the drafting and negotiation of a host of commercial agreements, including distribution, licensing, vendor, marketing, and technology agreements. She has specialized in the transactions that add value to a business, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganization, debt and equity finance and revenue generating agreements.
Susan is also experienced in the area of Intellectual Property Law including trademark and copyright registration and protection and technology licensing agreements.
Susan is a member of the Georgia State Bar Association, Technology and Business Law Sections. She is the 2010 Secretary and on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Solar Energy Association and an Advisory Board Member for Paralegal Gateway, Inc. She is a founding member of Canonicus International Law Affiliates.
